Without a doubt the best place for Motes of Mana is the Mana Seekers and Mageslayers in Kirin’Var Village, South East Area of Netherstorm. Both of these have very good drop rate for Mote of Mana (31%) and the best thing is that you are usually there alone.You can obtain over 20 Primal Manas on one farm route. Respawn is very fast and there are many nice green drops 66-68 items.
